General Conditions of Use of Yeetip Services of 07/31/2023
These General Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter referred to as “T&Cs”) govern the use of Yeetip’s services (defined in I of these T&Cs) which are accessible via the website at the address URL https://www.yeetip.com/ (hereinafter the “Site”) as well as via dedicated mobile applications for tablets and smartphones and desktop applications, published and hosted by Yeetip, a limited company with a share capital of £10,000, registered in England and Wales under company number 14654157, and its registered office is situated Hygeia Building, 66-68 College Road, Harrow, Middlesex HA1 1BE, United Kingdom.
Any use of Yeetip's services by any natural person (hereinafter referred to as "User" or "Yeetip Member") is carried out within the framework of the rules and procedures set by these T&Cs and by the Privacy Policy accessible via the following link: https://yeetip.com/privacy
The Privacy Policy explains (i) the origin and nature of the data collected by Yeetip during the User's browsing on Yeetip's services, (ii) the reason for their collection, (iii) the way in which Yeetip uses them and (iv) the rights that the User has over these data in accordance with law n°78-17 of January 6, 1978 as amended (known as the “Informatique et Liberté” law). The fact of using Yeetip's services entails the User's full and complete acceptance of the T&Cs in force at the time of connection. Any User who does not wish to adhere to the T&Cs and the Privacy Protection Policy in force at the time of connection, in their entirety, must imperatively refrain from using the services of Yeetip.
The applicable T&Cs and Privacy Policy are those in force when the User connects to and uses the Yeetip services.
Yeetip informs Users that the T&Cs and the Privacy Policy may be modified at any time. These modifications being brought to the attention of Users by simply posting them online, they undertake to consult them regularly. Yeetip will make every effort to ensure that these T&Cs and the Privacy Policy are present, at all times, on the services, subject to their possible unavailability.
The use of Yeetip’s services (hereinafter also referred to as “Services”) is subject to compliance with the T&Cs as well as compliance, where applicable, with the licenses the mobile application.
The User has the option of printing, downloading and saving the T&Cs.
1. Sharing your content
Yeetip allows you to post content to the Service, including photos, comments and other status. All such content, including Intellectual Property Rights (defined below), is referred to as "User Content". You retain all of your rights in all User Content that you post to our service.
How Yeetip users and others may use your content. Subject to the applicable account settings you select, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, re-pick, modify (per example, reformat), rearrange, and distribute your User Content on Yeetip for the purposes of operating and providing the Service(s) to you and our other users. Nothing in these terms shall restrict Yeetip 's rights under separate licenses from User Content. Remember that the Yeetip Service is a public platform, and other users may search, view, use and/or redirect any User Content that you make publicly available through the Service.
How long we keep your content: After termination or deactivation of your account, or if you remove any User Content from your account, listings or tips, Yeetip may retain your User Content for a commercially reasonable period of time. for backup, archiving, or verification. Additionally, Yeetip users and others may retain and continue to display, reproduce, re-pick, modify, rearrange, and distribute all of your User Content that other users have re-picked from their own profiles or that you have publicly posted on the Service.
Your Responsibility for Content:
For Yeetip and our community. Yeetip is a creative and positive place for you to discover and share the products you love. For this to continue, we ask that you read and agree to abide by our ethics. We must also insist that you use our Service in a manner consistent with all Yeetip Terms. We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to remove User Content from the Service for any reason, including User Content that we believe violates these Terms or Yeetip 's Privacy Policy.
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Notably
(i.) publications of an insulting, defamatory, racist, xenophobic, negationist nature or damaging to the honor or reputation of others, inciting discrimination, hatred of a person or a group of people because of their origin, whether or not they belong, true or supposed, to a specific ethnic group, nation, race or religion,
(ii.) publications of an erotic, pornographic or pedophile nature,
(iii.) publications inciting to commit an offense, a crime or an act of terrorism or advocating war crimes or crimes against humanity,
(iv.) publications allowing third parties to directly or indirectly obtain pirated software, software serial numbers, software enabling acts of hacking and intrusion into computer and telecommunications systems, viruses and others logic bombs and any software or other tool allowing the rights of others and the security of people and property to be infringed,
(v.) and in general any publication whose content violates public order and/or good morals, or is likely to constitute a violation of applicable regulations or to harm the image of Yeetip .
To third parties. Yeetip respects the rights of third-party creators and content owners, and expects you to do the same. Accordingly, you affirm that any User Content you post to the Service will not violate any law or violate any third-party rights, including without limitation Intellectual Property Rights (defined below), publicity rights or privacy rights. We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to remove User Content from the Service for any reason, including User Content that we believe violates these Terms or Yeetip's Privacy Policy. It is important that you understand that you are solely responsible for the legality of the documents, photographs, images and any information that you post. We therefore ask that you exercise caution before deciding to make such User Content available on our service, including whether you want to pick or re-pick your User Content on your profiles. To learn more about the use of copyright, please read the additional information.
Definition of intellectual property rights. When we talk about "Intellectual Property Rights" in these Terms, we mean all patent rights, copyrights, moral rights, publicity rights, trademark rights, trade and service rights, and all other intellectual property rights which may now exist or hereafter come into existence, and all applications for any of these rights and registrations, renewals and extensions of any of these rights, in each case under laws of any state, country, territory or other jurisdiction.
Feedback You Provide: Including, without limitation, how to improve the Service or our products (“Feedback”). By submitting comments, you agree that your information will be free, spontaneous and unrestricted, your communication does not create any fiduciary or other obligation for Yeetip. We are free to use, disclose and exploit your opinion without restriction and without further compensation. By your agreement, Yeetip does not waive any similar or related Feedback use rights already known to Yeetip , or developed by its employees, or obtained from sources other than you.
2. Content Yeetip
Content Yeetip. Except for User Content, the service itself, all content and other subject matter appearing on or in the service, and all intellectual property rights in or relating to the service or any content or other subject matter (the "Yeetip Content") are the property of Yeetip and its licensors. Except as expressly provided in these Terms, you agree not to use, modify, reproduce, distribute, sell, or exploit the Yeetip Content without our permission.
Our license. Subject to the terms of these Terms and our Privacy Policy, we grant you a license to use the Service, including access and viewing of Yeetip Content, for your personal use to allow you to express yourself, discuss matters of public interest, to engage in parody and to the extent expressly permitted by the functionality of the Service. Yeetip may terminate this license at any time for any reason or no reason. Except for rights and licenses expressly granted, Yeetip reserves all other rights and no other rights are granted by implication or otherwise.
3. Use Yeetip
Who can use Yeetip. You may use the Service only if you can contract with Yeetip, and only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable local, state, national and international laws, rules and regulations. Any use of or access to the Service by anyone under the age of 13 is strictly prohibited. Because we respect the Yeetip community, the service is not available to all users previously removed from the service by Yeetip.
Yeetip Accounts. Creating a Yeetip account gives you access to services at our sole discretion. We may maintain different types of accounts for different types of users. If you are opening an account on behalf of a company, organization or other entity, then (a) "you" includes you and that entity, and (b) you represent and warrant that you are an authorized representative of the entity. with the authority, bind the entity to these terms, and that you are accepting these Terms on behalf of the entity. By logging into Yeetip with a third-party service (e.g., Facebook or Twitter), you are giving us permission to access and use your personal information from that service as permitted by that service, and to remember your login credentials for this service.
For more information about the types of information we collect from these third-party services, please read our Privacy Policy. You agree not to use usernames or company titles that are offensive, obscene, harassing and/or proprietary to others. We reserve the right to change or require you to change your username at any time and for any reason at our sole discretion.
Termination of your account. You can close your account at any time by contacting us. We may temporarily or permanently terminate or suspend your user account or access to the Service for any reason, without notice or obligation to you, including if, in our sole discretion, you fail to comply with the provisions of our user policy or the these Terms, or for no reason. Upon termination of your use of the Service, you continue to be bound by Sections 1b (How Yeetip Users and Others May Use Your Content), 1c (How Long We Keep Your Content), 1e (Feedback You provide), 1f (Definition of Intellectual Property Rights), 2a (Article Yeetip), 3c (Termination of your account), 3f (Your interactions with other users), and 5 to 12 (inclusive) of these Terms. For more information on how your User Content will be treated after your account is terminated, see the “How Long We Keep Your Content” section above.
Your responsibility for your account. When you create your Yeetip account, you must provide us with accurate and complete information. Don't forget to provide us with up-to-date contact information so we know how to reach you. We encourage you to use "strong" passwords (passwords using a combination of upper and lower case letters, numbers and symbols). You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account, and you agree to keep your login and password secure. You must immediately notify Yeetip of any compromise to the integrity of your credentials upon becoming aware of the unauthorized use of your account.
Changes to the Service. Yeetip is constantly innovating in order to find ways to provide its users with new innovative features and services. Accordingly, we may, without notice, modify the Service, add features, discontinue providing the service or features of the Service to you or users generally, or create limits on the use of features.
Your interactions with other users. Keep in mind that you are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other users. Yeetip shall have no liability for your interactions with other users, or for any user action or inaction. Be responsible, Yeetip is a positive and respectful community.
Your registration data collected during the use of certain Services and the IP addresses directly collected by Yeetip when you use the Services are processed in compliance with the personal data protection principles defined by the legislation in force.
Yeetip may use cookies as well as click count systems to help determine the number of successful visits for the Referenced Merchants.
You can configure your browser to accept all cookies sent by the sites you visit, to systematically reject all these cookies or to ask you on each occasion whether or not you wish to accept them.
The Yeetip site is not intended to receive confidential information from you. Consequently, and with the exception of the personal data referred to above, any information, whatever its form - document, data, graph, question, suggestion, concept, remark, or other -, that you communicate to us on the Site will in no way be held confidential. Consequently, its mere transmission by you gives us the right to use, reproduce, distribute, modify or transmit it for the purpose of processing your request.
4. Warranties
You expressly acknowledge and agree that:
- The Service, which is free, is designed, as a general rule, to meet non-professional, reasonable and normal use by the greatest number of users. Exceptions for commercial use are granted to trademark holders, professional merchant owners and, in a limited way, to certain professional bloggers.
- Given the nature of the Services, and the constraints in particular of maintenance, Yeetip cannot guarantee the full continuity of the Services. In the event of an interruption of the Services, Yeetip will implement all reasonable means to remedy this as soon as possible.
- Yeetip makes its best efforts to provide you with the most recent, accurate and complete information and data regarding the product and service offers of the merchants referenced on its site. However, as this information and data are provided to it by the Referenced Merchants and are then processed and transcribed automatically on its website, Yeetip cannot, due to technical constraints, guarantee its complete accuracy or completeness.
Consequently and taking into account the fact that Yeetip is not a merchant site and that the sale is made on the Merchants' site, in the event of differences between the information and data displayed on the Yeetip website and those displayed on the Merchant's website, the latter shall prevail.
We invite our users to alert us to any differences between the Yeetip site and the merchant's site.
Yeetip does not provide any guarantee as to the content of User Opinions collected via the Services, which are solely the responsibility of their author but will, if necessary, take the measures described in Article 3.
5. Privacy and Security
We care about the privacy and security of our users. You understand that by using the Service, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personally identifiable information and aggregated data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, and for your personal information to be collected, used, transferred and processed. In England. We work to protect the security of your content and account, Yeetip cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat security measures. You acknowledge that you provide your information at your own risk.
6. Third Party Links, Sites and Services
The Service may contain links to third party sites, advertisers, services, special offers or other events or activities that are not owned or controlled by Yeetip. Yeetip does not endorse or assume any responsibility for any such third party sites, information, products or services. If you access any third-party website, service or content of the Service, you do so at your own risk and you agree that Yeetip shall have no liability arising out of your use of or access to any third-party website, service or content.
We have no means of controlling the content of these third-party sites, which remain totally independent of Yeetip. In addition, the existence of a link between the Site and a third-party site does not in any way mean that Yeetip approves in any capacity whatsoever the content of this site and a fortiori the use that could be made of it.
In addition, it is your responsibility to take the necessary precautions to avoid any contamination of the Site by, in particular, one or more "viruses", "Trojan horses" or any other "parasites".
External sites may contain hypertext links pointing to the Site. In any case, Yeetip is in no way responsible for the unavailability of such sites and Yeetip does not review, control, approve or be responsible for the content, advertising, products or other elements available on or through these Site.
7. Software
7.1 Mobile Software
Our mobile software. We make the Mobile software available to access the Service via a mobile device. To use the Mobile software you must have a mobile device that is compatible with the mobile service. Yeetip does not warrant that the Mobile Software will be compatible with your mobile device. Yeetip grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use one copy of the compiled code of the Mobile Software for a Yeetip account on a mobile device owned or leased solely by you, for your personal use. You may not: (i) modify, disassemble, decompile or reverse engineer the Mobile Software, except to the extent such restriction is expressly prohibited by law, (ii) rent, lend, resell, sublicense, distribute or transfer the Mobile Software for a third party or use the Mobile Software to provide timeshare or similar services to any third party, (iii) make copies of the Mobile Software; (iv) remove, circumvent, disable, damage or interfere with any related security features of the Mobile Software, features that prevent or limit the use or reproduction of any content accessible through the Mobile Software, or features that impose limits on the use of the Mobile Software, or (v) remove copyright and other proprietary rights notices from the Mobile Software. You acknowledge that Yeetip may from time to time issue improved versions of the Mobile Software, and may automatically electronically update the version of the Mobile Software you are using on your mobile device. You consent to such automatic upgrade of your mobile device, and agree that the terms and conditions of these Terms apply to all updates. Any third party code that may be incorporated into the Mobile Software is covered by the applicable open source or third party end user license agreement, as applicable, permitting the use of such code. The foregoing license grant is not a sale of the Mobile Software or any copy thereof, and Yeetip or its third party licensors or suppliers retain all right, title and interest in and to the Mobile Software ( and any copy of the Mobile software). You agree to comply with all English and foreign laws related to the use of the Software and the Mobile Service. Additional data carrier standard may be charged to your use of the Mobile Software.
7.2 PC software
Our PC software. We provide the PC software to access the service. To use the PC software you must have a workstation and computer access compatible with the service. Yeetip does not warrant that the PC Software will be compatible with your equipment. Yeetip grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use one copy of the compiled code of the PC Software for a Yeetip account on equipment owned or leased solely by you, for your personal use. You may not: (i) modify, disassemble, decompile or reverse engineer the PC Software, except to the extent such restriction is expressly prohibited by law, (ii) rent, lend, resell, sublicense, distribute or transfer the PC Software for any third party or use the PC Software to provide timeshare or similar services to any third party, (iii) make copies of the PC Software; (iv) remove, circumvent, disable, damage or interfere with any related security features of the Software, features that prevent or limit the use or reproduction of any content accessible through the PC Software, or features that impose limitations on use of the PC Software, or (v) remove any copyright and other proprietary rights notices from the Software. You acknowledge that Yeetip may from time to time issue improved versions of PC Software, and may automatically electronically update the version of PC Software you are using on your Equipment. You consent to such automatic upgrade of your equipment, and agree that the terms and conditions of these Terms apply to all updates. Any third party code that may be incorporated into the PC Software is covered by the applicable open source or third party end user license agreement, as applicable, permitting the use of such code. The foregoing license grant is not a sale of the PC Software or any copy thereof, and Yeetip or its third party licensors or suppliers retain all right, title and interest in and to the PC Software ( and any copy of the PC software). You agree to comply with all English and foreign laws
8. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and indemnify Yeetip and its officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against all claims, suits, proceedings, disputes, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable and legal accounting costs (including costs of defending claims, suits or proceedings brought by third parties), arising out of or in any way related to (i) access to or use of the Services or Yeetip Content, (ii) your User Content, or (iii) your breach of any of these Terms.
9. Disclaimers
The elements of the Site or any other site are provided "as is" without any guarantee of any kind, implicit or explicit. Yeetip makes no warranty, express or implied, relating, without limitation, to their merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Yeetip takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any User Content that you or any other user submits through the Service. You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of posting or publishing it, and you agree that we act only as a passive intermediary for your online distribution AND OTHER USES and publication of your User Content. AND THIRD PARTIES. You understand and agree that you may be exposed to User Content that is inaccurate, offensive, inappropriate for children, or otherwise unsuitable for your purposes.
Yeetip strives to ensure, to the best of its ability, the accuracy and updating of the information disseminated on the Site, the content of which it reserves the right to correct at any time and without notice. However, Yeetip cannot guarantee the accuracy, precision, updating or completeness of the information made available on the Site.
Users retain ownership of the information they provide to us. Yeetip disclaims any responsibility for false statements made by a user. Yeetip reserves the right to take action against the user in the event of false declarations causing harm to them. The user therefore accepts the legal and penal responsibility for the information provided, as well as the legal and penal consequences which would result therefrom in the event of a dispute.
Consequently, and with the exception of direct damages resulting from gross or intentional fault on the part of Yeetip, the latter declines all responsibility:
– for any imprecision, inaccuracy or omission relating to information available on the Site;
– for any damage resulting from fraudulent intrusion by a third party, leading to a modification of the information or elements made available on the Site;
– and more generally for all damages, direct or indirect, whatever the causes, origins, natures or consequences, even if Yeetip would have been advised of the possibility of such damages, caused by reason of (i) access of anyone to the Site or the impossibility of accessing it, (ii) the use of the Site, including any deterioration or virus that could infect your computer equipment or any other property, and/or (iii) the credit granted to any information coming directly or indirectly from the Site.
10. Limitation of Liability
Yeetip's liability for the Services can only be engaged in the event of proven fault by the User and only for direct damages.
In addition, Yeetip's liability cannot be further engaged, without this list being exhaustive, either for consequential damages, or due in particular to loss of profits, customers, data or information in the context of a professional or commercial use of Yeetip. Yeetip cannot be held responsible in the event of investment orders or decisions based on information provided via the Services.
The service is controlled and operated from its facilities in England. Yeetip does not warrant that the Service is appropriate or available for use in other locations. Those who access or use the Service from other jurisdictions do so of their own volition and are fully responsible for compliance with all national, state, local or other laws, laws, guidelines, rules, regulations and any interpretations or orders of any government, administrative or regulatory or judicial authority, including, but not limited to, those related to exporting and importing software, information or technical services. You may not use the Service if you are a resident of a country embargoed by the European Union, or a foreign person or entity blocked or denied by the European Union. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all products found on the service are directed only to persons, companies or other entities located within the territory of the European Union.
Failure by Yeetip to exercise the rights granted to it under these terms does not in any way constitute a waiver of the right to assert these rights.
In the event that one of the provisions of these Terms of Use is canceled by a court decision, this decision will not be such as to call into question the validity of the other provisions which will continue to apply. These Terms of Use are accompanied for certain Services by specific terms of use.
11. Arbitration and Governing Law:
These terms of use and the relationship between Yeetip and users are subject to English law.
For any dispute you have with Yeetip, you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute with us informally. In the absence of an amicable solution, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts.
13. General conditions
Notification procedures and changes to these Terms. Yeetip may provide notices, if such notices are required by law or for marketing or other related business purposes, via email notification, "push" mobile notification, written or hard-copy notice, or by posting of such notice on our website, as determined by Yeetip in our sole discretion. Yeetip reserves the right to determine the form and means of providing notices, provided that you may have certain means of communication as described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Yeetip may, in its sole discretion, modify or update these Terms from time to time, it is your responsibility to review this page periodically. If there are any changes, we will update the “Last Modified” date at the bottom of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any of these terms or future terms of use, please do not use or access (or continue to access) the Service. Yeetip is not responsible for any automatic filtering by you or your network provider applied to email notifications we send to the email address you provide to us.
These Terms, and any licenses granted hereunder, may not be transferred or assigned, but may be assigned by Yeetip without restriction. Any attempted transfer or assignment in violation hereof is null and void.
Agreement / Severability. These Terms, together with any amendments and additional agreements you may enter into with Yeetip in relation to the Service, constitute the entire agreement between you and Yeetip relating to the Service. If any provision of these Terms is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of the Terms, which shall remain in full force and effect.
No Waiver. No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed to constitute a further or continuing waiver of that term or any other term, failure to enforce any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right. or to this provision.

(iv.) publications allowing third parties to directly or indirectly obtain pirated software, software serial numbers, software enabling acts of hacking and intrusion into computer and telecommunications systems, viruses and others logic bombs and any software or other tool allowing the rights of others and the security of people and property to be infringed,
(v.) and in general any publication whose content violates public order and/or good morals, or is likely to constitute a violation of applicable regulations or to harm the image of Yeetip .
To third parties. Yeetip respects the rights of third-party creators and content owners, and expects you to do the same. Accordingly, you affirm that any User Content you post to the Service will not violate any law or violate any third-party rights, including without limitation Intellectual Property Rights (defined below), publicity rights or privacy rights. We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to remove User Content from the Service for any reason, including User Content that we believe violates these Terms or Yeetip's Privacy Policy. It is important that you understand that you are solely responsible for the legality of the documents, photographs, images and any information that you post. We therefore ask that you exercise caution before deciding to make such User Content available on our service, including whether you want to pick or re-pick your User Content on your profiles. Definition of intellectual property rights. When we talk about "Intellectual Property Rights" in these Terms, we mean all patent rights, copyrights, moral rights, publicity rights, trademark rights, trade and service rights, and all other intellectual property rights which may now exist or hereafter come into existence, and all applications for any of these rights and registrations, renewals and extensions of any of these rights, in each case under laws of any state, country, territory or other jurisdiction.
Feedback You Provide: Including, without limitation, how to improve the Service or our products (“Feedback”). By submitting comments, you agree that your information will be free, spontaneous and unrestricted, your communication does not create any fiduciary or other obligation for Yeetip. We are free to use, disclose and exploit your opinion without restriction and without further compensation. By your agreement, Yeetip does not waive any similar or related Feedback use rights already known to Yeetip , or developed by its employees, or obtained from sources other than you.
2. Content Yeetip
Content Yeetip. Except for User Content, the service itself, all content and other subject matter appearing on or in the service, and all intellectual property rights in or relating to the service or any content or other subject matter (the "Yeetip Content") are the property of Yeetip and its licensors. Except as expressly provided in these Terms, you agree not to use, modify, reproduce, distribute, sell, or exploit the Yeetip Content without our permission.
Our license. Subject to the terms of these Terms and our Privacy Policy, we grant you a license to use the Service, including access and viewing of Yeetip Content, for your personal use to allow you to express yourself, discuss matters of public interest, to engage in parody and to the extent expressly permitted by the functionality of the Service. Yeetip may terminate this license at any time for any reason or no reason. Except for rights and licenses expressly granted, Yeetip reserves all other rights and no other rights are granted by implication or otherwise.
3. Use Yeetip
Who can use Yeetip. You may use the Service only if you can contract with Yeetip, and only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable local, state, national and international laws, rules and regulations. Any use of or access to the Service by anyone under the age of 13 is strictly prohibited. Because we respect the Yeetip community, the service is not available to all users previously removed from the service by Yeetip.
Yeetip Accounts. Creating a Yeetip account gives you access to services at our sole discretion. We may maintain different types of accounts for different types of users. If you are opening an account on behalf of a company, organization or other entity, then (a) "you" includes you and that entity, and (b) you represent and warrant that you are an authorized representative of the entity. with the authority, bind the entity to these terms, and that you are accepting these Terms on behalf of the entity. By logging into Yeetip with a third-party service (e.g., Facebook or Twitter), you are giving us permission to access and use your personal information from that service as permitted by that service, and to remember your login credentials for this service.
For more information about the types of information we collect from these third-party services, please read our Privacy Policy. You agree not to use usernames or company titles that are offensive, obscene, harassing and/or proprietary to others. We reserve the right to change or require you to change your username at any time and for any reason at our sole discretion.
Termination of your account. You can close your account at any time by contacting us. We may temporarily or permanently terminate or suspend your user account or access to the Service for any reason, without notice or obligation to you, including if, in our sole discretion, you fail to comply with the provisions of our user policy or the these Terms, or for no reason. Upon termination of your use of the Service, you continue to be bound by Sections 1b (How Yeetip Users and Others May Use Your Content), 1c (How Long We Keep Your Content), 1e (Feedback You provide), 1f (Definition of Intellectual Property Rights), 2a (Article Yeetip), 3c (Termination of your account), 3f (Your interactions with other users), and 5 to 12 (inclusive) of these Terms. For more information on how your User Content will be treated after your account is terminated, see the “How Long We Keep Your Content” section above.
Your responsibility for your account. When you create your Yeetip account, you must provide us with accurate and complete information. Don't forget to provide us with up-to-date contact information so we know how to reach you. We encourage you to use "strong" passwords (passwords using a combination of upper and lower case letters, numbers and symbols). You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account, and you agree to keep your login and password secure. You must immediately notify Yeetip of any compromise to the integrity of your credentials upon becoming aware of the unauthorized use of your account.
Changes to the Service. Yeetip is constantly innovating in order to find ways to provide its users with new innovative features and services. Accordingly, we may, without notice, modify the Service, add features, discontinue providing the service or features of the Service to you or users generally, or create limits on the use of features.
Your interactions with other users. Keep in mind that you are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other users. Yeetip shall have no liability for your interactions with other users, or for any user action or inaction. Be responsible, Yeetip is a positive and respectful community.
Your registration data collected during the use of certain Services and the IP addresses directly collected by Yeetip when you use the Services are processed in compliance with the personal data protection principles defined by the legislation in force.
Yeetip may use cookies as well as click count systems to help determine the number of successful visits for the Referenced Merchants.
You can configure your browser to accept all cookies sent by the sites you visit, to systematically reject all these cookies or to ask you on each occasion whether or not you wish to accept them.
The Yeetip site is not intended to receive confidential information from you. Consequently, and with the exception of the personal data referred to above, any information, whatever its form - document, data, graph, question, suggestion, concept, remark, or other -, that you communicate to us on the Site will in no way be held confidential. Consequently, its mere transmission by you gives us the right to use, reproduce, distribute, modify or transmit it for the purpose of processing your request.
4. Warranties
You expressly acknowledge and agree that:
- The Service, which is free, is designed, as a general rule, to meet non-professional, reasonable and normal use by the greatest number of users. Exceptions for commercial use are granted to trademark holders, professional merchant owners and, in a limited way, to certain professional bloggers.
- Given the nature of the Services, and the constraints in particular of maintenance, Yeetip cannot guarantee the full continuity of the Services. In the event of an interruption of the Services, Yeetip will implement all reasonable means to remedy this as soon as possible.
- Yeetip makes its best efforts to provide you with the most recent, accurate and complete information and data regarding the product and service offers of the merchants referenced on its site. However, as this information and data are provided to it by the Referenced Merchants and are then processed and transcribed automatically on its website, Yeetip cannot, due to technical constraints, guarantee its complete accuracy or completeness.
Consequently and taking into account the fact that Yeetip is not a merchant site and that the sale is made on the Merchants' site, in the event of differences between the information and data displayed on the Yeetip website and those displayed on the Merchant's website, the latter shall prevail.
We invite our users to alert us to any differences between the Yeetip site and the merchant's site.
Yeetip does not provide any guarantee as to the content of User Opinions collected via the Services, which are solely the responsibility of their author but will, if necessary, take the measures described in Article 3.
5. Privacy and Security
We care about the privacy and security of our users. You understand that by using the Service, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personally identifiable information and aggregated data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, and for your personal information to be collected, used, transferred and processed. In England. We work to protect the security of your content and account, Yeetip cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat security measures. You acknowledge that you provide your information at your own risk.

In addition, it is your responsibility to take the necessary precautions to avoid any contamination of the Site by, in particular, one or more "viruses", "Trojan horses" or any other "parasites".

In any case, Yeetip is in no way responsible for the unavailability of such sites and Yeetip does not review, control, approve or be responsible for the content, advertising, products or other elements available on or through these Site.
7. Software
7.1 Mobile Software
Our mobile software. We make the Mobile software available to access the Service via a mobile device. To use the Mobile software you must have a mobile device that is compatible with the mobile service. Yeetip does not warrant that the Mobile Software will be compatible with your mobile device. Yeetip grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use one copy of the compiled code of the Mobile Software for a Yeetip account on a mobile device owned or leased solely by you, for your personal use. You may not: (i) modify, disassemble, decompile or reverse engineer the Mobile Software, except to the extent such restriction is expressly prohibited by law, (ii) rent, lend, resell, sublicense, distribute or transfer the Mobile Software for a third party or use the Mobile Software to provide timeshare or similar services to any third party, (iii) make copies of the Mobile Software; (iv) remove, circumvent, disable, damage or interfere with any related security features of the Mobile Software, features that prevent or limit the use or reproduction of any content accessible through the Mobile Software, or features that impose limits on the use of the Mobile Software, or (v) remove copyright and other proprietary rights notices from the Mobile Software. You acknowledge that Yeetip may from time to time issue improved versions of the Mobile Software, and may automatically electronically update the version of the Mobile Software you are using on your mobile device. You consent to such automatic upgrade of your mobile device, and agree that the terms and conditions of these Terms apply to all updates. Any third party code that may be incorporated into the Mobile Software is covered by the applicable open source or third party end user license agreement, as applicable, permitting the use of such code. The foregoing license grant is not a sale of the Mobile Software or any copy thereof, and Yeetip or its third party licensors or suppliers retain all right, title and interest in and to the Mobile Software ( and any copy of the Mobile software). You agree to comply with all English and foreign laws related to the use of the Software and the Mobile Service. Additional data carrier standard may be charged to your use of the Mobile Software.
7.2 PC software
Our PC software. We provide the PC software to access the service. To use the PC software you must have a workstation and computer access compatible with the service. Yeetip does not warrant that the PC Software will be compatible with your equipment. Yeetip grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use one copy of the compiled code of the PC Software for a Yeetip account on equipment owned or leased solely by you, for your personal use. You may not: (i) modify, disassemble, decompile or reverse engineer the PC Software, except to the extent such restriction is expressly prohibited by law, (ii) rent, lend, resell, sublicense, distribute or transfer the PC Software for any third party or use the PC Software to provide timeshare or similar services to any third party, (iii) make copies of the PC Software; (iv) remove, circumvent, disable, damage or interfere with any related security features of the Software, features that prevent or limit the use or reproduction of any content accessible through the PC Software, or features that impose limitations on use of the PC Software, or (v) remove any copyright and other proprietary rights notices from the Software. You acknowledge that Yeetip may from time to time issue improved versions of PC Software, and may automatically electronically update the version of PC Software you are using on your Equipment. You consent to such automatic upgrade of your equipment, and agree that the terms and conditions of these Terms apply to all updates. Any third party code that may be incorporated into the PC Software is covered by the applicable open source or third party end user license agreement, as applicable, permitting the use of such code. The foregoing license grant is not a sale of the PC Software or any copy thereof, and Yeetip or its third party licensors or suppliers retain all right, title and interest in and to the PC Software ( and any copy of the PC software). You agree to comply with all English and foreign laws
8. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and indemnify Yeetip and its officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against all claims, suits, proceedings, disputes, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable and legal accounting costs (including costs of defending claims, suits or proceedings brought by third parties), arising out of or in any way related to (i) access to or use of the Services or Yeetip Content, (ii) your User Content, or (iii) your breach of any of these Terms.
9. Disclaimers
The elements of the Site or any other site are provided "as is" without any guarantee of any kind, implicit or explicit. Yeetip makes no warranty, express or implied, relating, without limitation, to their merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Yeetip takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any User Content that you or any other user submits through the Service. You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of posting or publishing it, and you agree that we act only as a passive intermediary for your online distribution AND OTHER USES and publication of your User Content. AND THIRD PARTIES. You understand and agree that you may be exposed to User Content that is inaccurate, offensive, inappropriate for children, or otherwise unsuitable for your purposes.
Yeetip strives to ensure, to the best of its ability, the accuracy and updating of the information disseminated on the Site, the content of which it reserves the right to correct at any time and without notice. However, Yeetip cannot guarantee the accuracy, precision, updating or completeness of the information made available on the Site.
Users retain ownership of the information they provide to us. Yeetip disclaims any responsibility for false statements made by a user. Yeetip reserves the right to take action against the user in the event of false declarations causing harm to them. The user therefore accepts the legal and penal responsibility for the information provided, as well as the legal and penal consequences which would result therefrom in the event of a dispute.
Consequently, and with the exception of direct damages resulting from gross or intentional fault on the part of Yeetip, the latter declines all responsibility:
– for any imprecision, inaccuracy or omission relating to information available on the Site;
– for any damage resulting from fraudulent intrusion by a third party, leading to a modification of the information or elements made available on the Site;
– and more generally for all damages, direct or indirect, whatever the causes, origins, natures or consequences, even if Yeetip would have been advised of the possibility of such damages, caused by reason of (i) access of anyone to the Site or the impossibility of accessing it, (ii) the use of the Site, including any deterioration or virus that could infect your computer equipment or any other property, and/or (iii) the credit granted to any information coming directly or indirectly from the Site.
10. Limitation of Liability
Yeetip's liability for the Services can only be engaged in the event of proven fault by the User and only for direct damages.
In addition, Yeetip's liability cannot be further engaged, without this list being exhaustive, either for consequential damages, or due in particular to loss of profits, customers, data or information in the context of a professional or commercial use of Yeetip. Yeetip cannot be held responsible in the event of investment orders or decisions based on information provided via the Services.
The service is controlled and operated from its facilities in England. Yeetip does not warrant that the Service is appropriate or available for use in other locations. Those who access or use the Service from other jurisdictions do so of their own volition and are fully responsible for compliance with all national, state, local or other laws, laws, guidelines, rules, regulations and any interpretations or orders of any government, administrative or regulatory or judicial authority, including, but not limited to, those related to exporting and importing software, information or technical services. You may not use the Service if you are a resident of a country embargoed by the European Union, or a foreign person or entity blocked or denied by the European Union. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all products found on the service are directed only to persons, companies or other entities located within the territory of the European Union.
Failure by Yeetip to exercise the rights granted to it under these terms does not in any way constitute a waiver of the right to assert these rights.
In the event that one of the provisions of these Terms of Use is canceled by a court decision, this decision will not be such as to call into question the validity of the other provisions which will continue to apply. These Terms of Use are accompanied for certain Services by specific terms of use.
11. Arbitration and Governing Law:
These terms of use and the relationship between Yeetip and users are subject to English law.
For any dispute you have with Yeetip, you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute with us informally. In the absence of an amicable solution, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts.
13. General conditions
Notification procedures and changes to these Terms. Yeetip may provide notices, if such notices are required by law or for marketing or other related business purposes, via email notification, "push" mobile notification, written or hard-copy notice, or by posting of such notice on our website, as determined by Yeetip in our sole discretion. Yeetip reserves the right to determine the form and means of providing notices, provided that you may have certain means of communication as described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Yeetip may, in its sole discretion, modify or update these Terms from time to time, it is your responsibility to review this page periodically. If there are any changes, we will update the “Last Modified” date at the bottom of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any of these terms or future terms of use, please do not use or access (or continue to access) the Service. Yeetip is not responsible for any automatic filtering by you or your network provider applied to email notifications we send to the email address you provide to us.
These Terms, and any licenses granted hereunder, may not be transferred or assigned, but may be assigned by Yeetip without restriction. Any attempted transfer or assignment in violation hereof is null and void.
Agreement / Severability. These Terms, together with any amendments and additional agreements you may enter into with Yeetip in relation to the Service, constitute the entire agreement between you and Yeetip relating to the Service. If any provision of these Terms is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of the Terms, which shall remain in full force and effect.
No Waiver. No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed to constitute a further or continuing waiver of that term or any other term, failure to enforce any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right. or to this provision.
